Please allow 1 to 2 months for delivery. 

How much is shipping?

There is a flat rate of £20 worldwide.

Do you accept returns and/or refunds?

Due to the limited nature of this release, we cannot accept returns or refunds.

My shipment got lost, I haven't received my rug, will you replace it?

We cannot send you another rug if it gets lost in transit or gets stuck at customs. Only 33 will ever be made, we do not have any spares to send out.
